I called Andrew as I was looking for a realtor to represent me buying a home. I let him know I was preapproved to 450k, areas I was interested in, etc, and he cut our conversation abruptly. He let me know he was "very busy", and to "read [my] reviews" and text him any questions. I texted him a simple question- how many years experience does he have? He responded with the absolute rudest, most unprofessional "dodge" I have ever seen. He didn't answer the question but instead said "I'm really not interested in working with you unless you actually do some reasearch on me. I'm very busy". I kid you not- and I've posted a screenshot on another review service. I shudder to think how Andrew Piane talks to other realtors and buyers/sellers in the course of his work if this is how he behaves when talking to a promising client. I don't think it's me, either; I was nothing but polite to Andrew and ended up finding a realtor later that day who then helped me purchase a nice 3/2 in Peoria.

We just bought a home through Andrew Paine. I cannot say enough about his professional, efficient and smart approach. We could not have been represented better. We put in an offer based on a video Andrew sent us as we were out of town. He was objective and on point with his assessment and comments. He understood our needs and went to work for us right away. His communication was clear, prompt and overall just outstanding. My husband and I have purchased real estate in Canada and the USA and have dealt with many realtors. Andrew is by far one of the best and most responsive realtors we have had. The seller was very difficult to deal with but Andrew navigated hurdles very well and in a respectful manner. The speed and efficiency with which Andrew conducted our purchase was super impressive. As we are out of town buyers, there were many times we had to contact Andrew with questions. He was patient and always provided accurate information and if he needed to do further research he did so and got back to us promptly.
